As we continue to monitor the situation with Covid 19 – we have some updates, if you are enrolled with CDPHP or MVP Healthcare – they have teamed up to provide their members with access to telemedicine 24 hours a day – with a partnership with United Concierge Medicine – branded as CDPHP’s ER Anywhere and MVP’s myERnow. This is a great first line of defense to gain access to an emergency room trained doctor to speak to about symptoms and assist in potential testing needs.
Many telemedicine providers are also offering telephonic therapy, in addition to their ER doctors. If you are a member of a different carrier, more thanks likely, your carrier has telemedicine and is providing it at no or very low cost. Please check your policy and download the telemedicine app.
